| This is the first time I have received a Registered email, what do I do? |
Just as a pin code protects your Bank Card, you need to allocate a password to your email address. Once you have registered your email address, you can download the FREE Reader which is used for viewing RegMails.

| How do I open a RegMail? |
First, ensure you have registered your email address and installed the FREE Reader.
If you are using an email client such as Outlook or Outlook express:
Open the attachment and follow the FREE Reader prompts for your username
(Your E-mail Address) and Password.
If you are using Webmail such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo:
Download the LOC file attached to your email and save it to your
computer.
Open the LOC file and follow the FREE Reader prompts for your username
(Your E-mail Address) and Password.

| What do I need to view my Regmail? |
You need to register, download and install the FREE Reader to
view Regmails. If you are experiencing problems installing your Regmail software, please
